Customer Support Officer

Job Description

The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding company products, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical ability, good communication, and proficiency in MS Excel. Field visits may be required, so having a two‑wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Handling — Respond to customer inquiries via phone. email or in person.
  • Product Understanding — Learn and explain product features clearly to customers.
  • Problem Solving — Identify issues. troubleshoot. and provide effective solutions.
  • Data Management — Maintain customer records. prepare reports. and manage data using MS Excel.
  • Follow‑ups — Conduct follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination — Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Field Visits — Visit customers when required for support or product-related tasks.
Qualification
  • Minimum: +2 completed
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Must own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving license
